Welcome to GameBuffed. By accessing or using gamebuffed.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What GameBuffed is

GameBuffed is a free online arcade. We collect browser-based HTML5 games in one place so you can play them instantly, without downloads or installations. Access to the games is free and does not require an account.

2. The games are made by third parties

We do not develop the games published on this Site. Games are supplied by third-party HTML5 game distributors and are loaded from their servers. All games, artwork, trademarks and related content remain the property of their respective developers and publishers.

Because games run from third-party servers, we cannot guarantee that any particular game will remain available, or that it will work on every device or browser. A game may be removed or stop functioning at any time without notice.

3. Accounts

You may create an optional account to save favourites and appear on leaderboards. If you do:

You must not impersonate another person or register on someone else’s behalf.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these Terms.

Please note that we currently have no automated password-reset feature. Keep your credentials somewhere safe.

Interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers.

Use automated tools to scrape, copy or republish the Site’s content.

Manipulate scores, votes, ratings or leaderboards.

Post comments that are unlawful, abusive, hateful, deceptive or that contain spam or malware.

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove any user-submitted content and restrict access at our discretion.

5. Comments and user content

You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Site. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

6. Our own content

The GameBuffed name, logo, site design, written descriptions and editorial content are ours. You may link to the Site freely. You may not copy or reuse our branding or editorial content without permission.

7. Advertising

8. Links to other sites

The Site may link to, or load content from, websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

9. No warranty

The Site and the games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameBuffed and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

The Site is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
