Are the games really free?
Yes. Every game on GameBuffed is free to play. There is no paywall, no trial and no subscription. The Site is supported by advertising.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play everything without signing up. An account is optional and only adds extras: saving favourites, voting on games, and appearing on leaderboards.
Do I have to download or install anything?
No. Every game runs directly in your browser using HTML5. There is nothing to download, no plugin to install and no app store involved.
Can I play on my phone or tablet?
Most games work on mobile. Some were built for a keyboard and mouse and will not be playable on a touchscreen — those are best enjoyed on a desktop or laptop.
A game won’t load. What should I do?
Try these in order:
- Refresh the page.
- Disable your ad blocker for this site — blockers often break the game frame as well as the ads.
- Try a different browser. Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari are all supported.
- Check that your browser is up to date; older versions may not support newer games.
If it still fails, please tell us which game and which browser you used. Games load from third-party servers, and occasionally one of those goes offline — reports help us find and remove broken games quickly.
The game runs slowly or stutters.

Who makes the games?
We do not develop the games ourselves. They come from third-party HTML5 game distributors, and each title remains the property of its developer and publisher. We curate them into categories and make them easy to find.
How do I report a broken game or bad content?
Email contact@gamebuffed.com with the game’s page link. If it is a copyright issue, please use the procedure on our DMCA page instead.
Can you add a specific game?
Send us the name and we will check whether it is available through one of our distributors. We cannot guarantee every request, but we do read them.
Are the games safe for children?
Most of our catalogue is family-friendly, but the Site is aimed at a general audience and we do not formally age-rate every title. If you are a parent, we recommend browsing the categories with your child the first time.
