Weapon Run

Weapon Run is an action runner where the weapon you finish with decides whether you survive the end of the level. You move down a lane, pass through gates that swap or upgrade what you are carrying, dodge obstacles, and arrive at a group of enemies who are waiting for you.

That structure makes it a game about choices rather than reflexes. Taking the greedier gate usually costs you speed or health, and the run is short enough that a bad decision is obvious within seconds.

Everything is mouse-controlled — no keyboard needed — and it runs in the browser with nothing to install. This one is built in Unity, so give it up to half a minute to load the first time; after that it starts much faster.
