FNF Music Clash is a rhythm game in the Friday Night Funkin' style — arrows scroll up the screen and you press the matching key as each one crosses the line. Miss too many in a row and the song ends early.

What makes rhythm games click is that the difficulty is honest. You do not lose to bad luck, you lose because your timing drifted, and you can usually feel it happening a bar before the game tells you. That is why a track you failed twice suddenly becomes easy on the fourth attempt.
